Welcome to Strength and Aloha Fitness 🌺
My name is Nicole, proud mother of four amazing boys and the heart behind Strength and Aloha Fitness. My journey into health and fitness wasn’t a straight path—it was born out of necessity and love for my family.
At just 35 years old, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. By 36, I was on insulin because medication alone wasn’t enough. I knew if I didn’t make a change, I wouldn’t be here long enough to watch my boys grow up or meet my future grandbabies.
In August of 2019, at 37 years old, I made the decision to completely change my life. I started with nutrition, then added fitness—even though I had never played sports or lifted weights before. At the time, a 5-pound dumbbell felt heavy and even a basic squat felt impossible. But I kept going.
It takes time
Fast forward six years—I’ve lost 85 pounds, built real strength, and the best part? I’ve been off all prescription medications for over five years. Fitness has given me my life back, and now it’s my mission to help others do the same.
At Strength and Aloha Fitness, I train mostly women to build strength, reclaim their health, and love the person they see in the mirror—from the inside out. My gym is more than a place to work out; it’s my ʻOhana (family). If you’re looking for someone who has been there, who understands the struggles, and who will cheer you on every step of the way, I’m your girl.
